You can visit me at the Maroochydore clinic every Thursday and Friday or I’m available on alternate Saturdays at the Pomona clinic. Appointments are subject to availability, so early bookings are always recommended.

What is Body Sculpting
Fat Cavitation is our preferred method of Body Sculpting - and it is a non-invasive treatment that uses ultrasound technology to help break down stubborn fat cells beneath the skin’s surface.
It’s a gentle yet effective way to contour areas like the stomach, thighs, arms, and hips — without needles, pain, or downtime.

PRE-SCULPT PREPARATION

HYDRATION
Drink all the water — your body needs it to flush out toxins and help your lymphatic system do its thing. Start hydrating a few days before your appointment.

CAFFEINE + ALCOHOL
Skip both 24 hours before your appointment. We know — but trust us, it helps reduce water retention and inflammation so you get the best results.

EAT SMART
Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before your appointment. We’re not here for fainting queens. Avoid heavy, salty, or carb-heavy meals right before.

WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfy, loose-fitting clothes. No tight waistbands, no compression gear. Think cozy oversized tee and trackies.

SKIN PREP
Come freshly showered with no lotions, oils, fake tan, or makeup on areas we’ll be treating. Clean skin = optimal sculpt.

CONSULT
We’ll chat about your goals (hello waistline, goodbye stubborn pockets), what area you’re targeting, and the best treatment plan for you.

TIMEFRAME
Each session takes around 45–60 minutes depending on the area(s) we’re sculpting. First time? Allow a little extra time for consult + post-treatment tips.
POST-SCULPT MAINTENANCE

HYDRATE (AGAIN)
Keep on sipping water — this helps your lymphatic system eliminate the released fat. Add lemon or herbal teas for bonus glow points.

MOVE YOUR BODY
Light activity like walking or yoga post-treatment helps kickstart drainage. Skip intense workouts for 24 hours, though.

PRODUCTS TO AVOID
Try to avoid alcohol for at least 48 hours post-treatment to give your body time to detox without extra strain.

SKINCARE
Don’t apply anything too active or heavy on the treated area right after your session — let your skin breathe and settle.
COMMON FAQ'S
What results can I expect?
You’ll feel tighter and more sculpted after just one session, but results improve over a series. Think smoother, more contoured, and less bloated. Real glow-up energy.
How many sessions do I need?
For best results, we recommend a minimum of 4–6 sessions spaced weekly. Maintenance sessions can be added depending on your goals.
Does it hurt?
Not at all!
Can I do it before an event or holiday?
Absolutely — plan your sculpting sessions in the weeks leading up to your event or trip for max effect. We’ll help you time it right.
Is there any downtime?
Nope! You can go about your day right after. You might feel a bit warm or pink in the area, but that settles fast.
Can I combine sculpting with other services?
Yes! Pairing sculpting with spray tanning? Iconic. We can help plan a schedule that works best for both.
